As a Receptionist and Residence Assistant:
 Highly organized with professional manners doing administration tasks, such us; performing check-ins and check-outs, dealing with telephone enquiries, handling cash money.

 Team player, especially when communicating feedback with the rest of the team (maintenance and housekeeping staff, security guards and manager).
 Social networker, organizing and leading social activities to build a strong community inside the residence.
 Welfare promoter of the students living in the Residence, providing them with advice, help and information.
 Safety keeper, performing the room checking weekly due to maintenance, safety and hygiene reasons.
