Until recently I taught in a secondary school in Scotland but have now moved to Spain. I have TEFL UK and have experience teaching English in a languages school near Murcia.I love the work.I am an enthusiastic teacher and enjoy motivating pupils to achieve their potential.My subject specialism is Drama but I have also taught English, Music, French and RME as cover teacher.I understand how important it is to speak a language in order to become proficient.I have experienced a broad spectrum of student capability ranging from highly academic to those with autism or behaviour management issues.I am adaptable and have delivered meaningful education in a wide range of environments.I also give violin lessons as private tuition.My IT skills are competent using Prezis, powerpoints, ipads and smartboards.I believe teaching English as an additional language encourages effective communication. I have my own car, Spanish NIE and am available for immediate deployment.
