Kimberly worked for our family from September to December 2023 and she was taking care of our 1 year old baby during that time. She was working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week while I and my husband were at work (we were working remotely). Kimberly was not only very caring towards our baby but she also was engaged in his well-being. The adaptation process was very smooth and our boy liked her from the start. Sometimes he even did not want to leave nanny's hands. Her warmth and empathy made us feel comfortable when leaving baby under her care. She was very good at putting our boy to nap (no crying in the process) and read the signals that baby is ready to take some rest. Kimberly was also helping with preparing simple meals and kept calm up even when baby tried to escape the high chair :) Kimberly is reliable and responsible, is always on time and has a positive, pleasant attitude. We are happy she was part of our family and we would recommend her for future families. She is open to suggestions and always ready to adjust to changing and not always perfect conditions (our home was under renovations for quite a while). She was also helping us with some household activities. We only stopped the cooperation because we had to go back to Poland but we would be looking forward to work with Kimberly in the future.
